i had a gentic issue which caused me to drop to below twenty four kilos and almost die on my bathroom floor...did they care nope! Fobbed off an told if i didnt think about it it wouldnt happen this is how they chose to explain my constant weight loss (which averaged upto a kilo a day whilst easting close to double a person's daily intake) and fainting rather then them doin the one test i asked years for, because a majority of my family have the same issue. after fainting at my kids school in the local area they again refused to do any testing they also refused to allow me access to my medical records so I could obtain help elsewhere without needing to retest etc which ended up costing me thousands and taking years not just from me but my child ... There where several witnesses to this and I do have video footage but there's no justice for the lil guy so instead me n my child loose out because they were too ignorant to do their job and breached their duty of care!My kid will forever remember you doctor saraN thanks to the manager for the further hassle n having me escorted by the police for simply wanting my medical records good thing it was recorded given u lied to try to have me arrested mmmhmmm
